DHH announces the investment in Warian, Internet service provider focused on the wholesale market

Milan, 14 December 2022. DHH S.p.A. (“DHH” or the “Company”) (DHH.MI | WDHH21.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces the acquisition of 45% of Warian srl (www.warian.net), the operation was carried out through Seeweb a fully owned portfolio company of DHH. Warian is an Italian Internet service provider (ISP) operating in the B2B sector with main focus on the wholesale market. Established in 2010 by Alfredo Giordano and Antonio Fortunato Warian is headquartered in Mercato San Severino (SA), Italy, and, as of September 2022, it boasts a network with more than 50 wholesale partners.

Warian is a B2B Internet Service Provider (ISP) that offers via its own marketplace platforms, reliable, high-performance data connectivity and cloud computing products. The company reported total revenues of ca. €1,3mn in 2021, with strong double-digit growth in the wholesale business.

DHH holds the option to purchase the remaining 55% of Warian’s share capital within 180 days of the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2025.
